The O4-program is the program that collects all the information about the company’s hierarchical and functional organization. 
The program will have multiple functions but everything will be based on three main groups of information where the user will work with.

1. The first group contains personal information about each staff member.
2. The second group of information contains all the information about all the possible functions in the company.



Connecting both information in a matrix needs to give a clear overview of who does what in the company.

3. The third group of information contains the organization chart of the company.

Connecting this to the first and second group of information, provides you the maximum information you need about the office organization. By example; the program can calculate with the FTE in every possible way the user asks.
